This is a long overdue review to Cabinet outlet depot. In March 2009 we bought a house with the idea of changing kitchen, floors and many other things... We saw Sean and the beggining I was a bit hesitant but after we went to his shop in dundas and he prepared a budget and drawings for our kitchen we really liked what he was offering. All cabinetry from Cabinet outlet depot is prefabricated in Calgary and shipped to them so if you buy with them you have to sub contract the services of another person to install but at the end is way more inexpensive than hiring a custom kitchen builder... thus leaving enough room to customize your kitchen. So we did buy the kitchen from him and he was always curteous and proffesional, and delivered on time and without a scratch. We did have some issues with BOGDAN the installer but even though he was not part of cabinet outlet depot, his relation to them helped us after a heated discussion make him come back and fix the problem... Besides that minor setback with the installer I would recommend cabinet outlet depot 100% for their professional service, ontime delivery, price and quality of the finishes...

Sean was knowlegeable about his product. We recieved the kitchen in the time we were told and we were more happy about the quality of the kitchen when we recieved it. This is a family owned busness where not only do they know their product, they also treat their customers with respect. We were very satisfied with choosing this company.

Everything but the Kitchen Sink (and faucet)

Throughout the design process everything was going well. I wanted to get everything from them: cabinets, sink, faucet, counter top, handles, contractor. When the cabinets arrived there was no sink or faucet. When I went in he said it was not in the contract. So I had to order it right then. This was a big miscommunication. I assumed it was included and he assumed/forget to verify. All said and done, it looks great.
